New Features on Family Connection

Flex Account Reimbursement Statement: many of our families have requested this statement to support their dependent care reimbursement (FSA) programs. This statement does comply with IRS rules and includes the name of child receiving care, start and end date of service provided, child care provider name and tax ID, payment amount and dates. This statement can be located within the Account History portion of the Family Connection site.

Weekly Recurring Payment Option: families now have the flexibility to setup recurring payments on a weekly or monthly basis depending on their preference. All payments are still in advance of services provided so families new to recurring payments will need to remember to make one-time or in-center payments the week they setup their recurring payment schedule since it takes effect the following week.
