Studies show that 80 percent of children in the United States are too sedentary and do not get proper nutrition. Created exclusively for our centers, Active Adventures sessions use movement and nutrition education to build health-conscious habits at an early age. With a focus on interaction and teamwork, your child will blossom in this fun group setting.
Research overwhelmingly shows that physical activity programs have positive effects on academic achievement. This makes the Active Adventures program the perfect complement to the academic environments of our centers, and aligns with the standards and guidelines set forth by the National Association for Sport & Physical Education® (NASPE®).

The Journey
Developed for children ages four and older, Active Adventures offers a wide range of dynamic and challenging experiences, including:
- Creative movement
- Ball-handling and eye-hand coordination
- Aerobic activity
- Yoga and stretching
- Choosing nutritious foods

Lessons Learned
Our fitness tools, games and activities help your child learn the benefits of staying healthy and fit. Every four weeks, your child will receive a take-home fitness/nutrition product and materials that help make learning fun in our centers and at home! After each class, the teacher will provide an individualized note detailing the progress of your child's Active Adventure session.
